Our Transmission Dynamometer insures that every transmission that leaves our shop is tested under strict controlled conditions that simulate real-world driving

First we mount the unit on our State-of-the-art Transmission tester and fill it with transmission fluid.

Then we perform a programmed series of tests that simulate a transmission running under a load in various driving conditions as though it were actually in a car.  This is done to make sure that all systems are functioning properly before it is re-installed in your car.

Finally we perform a series of manual tests based on the individual transmission type. We also test for internal and external oil leaks and gear noises.  These tests are done to insure that your transmission will deliver years of trouble-free operation.
